I made a $5,000 video in an afternoon

I made a $5,000 video without a film crew

Just me, an afternoon, and a tool you already have access to.

Real talk. Going into Memorial Day weekend, I have spent the week feeling genuinely grateful. It almost feels corny saying this out loud, but I want to tell you why anyway.

For years there was a gap between the work I loved and the work I had to do to get there. AI closed most of that gap. I am still a little amazed by it.

I was vibe-coding at the gym this week, building a tool on my phone between sets. That is the part that still gets me. The work fits into my actual life now instead of swallowing it.

Let me show you what I mean.

Last week I ran a webinar on how to get more leads from your LinkedIn.

My favorite part of any webinar is the Q&A. I like sharing information, but I know I am actually doing my job when I can answer your questions live, with no script.

The problem was always everything around the webinar. The landing page. The copy. The deck. The email sequence. The reminder emails. Hours of work before you ever get to the part you enjoy. For a long time that overhead kept me from running them as often as I wanted.

Not anymore. If you missed it, here is the full replay, deck and workbook included:

▶ WATCH THE REPLAY How to Get Leads From Your LinkedIn The full webinar. Deck and workbook included. Watch me run the exact system live.

By the way, I am also opening 5 spots to build this whole system with you. More on that below.

Here is how it went this time. I sat down with Claude and said, "Based on what I do and who I am trying to help, what is the most useful webinar I could run?" It came back with the LinkedIn lead system. I said, "Great, help me build it."

It wrote the outline. Built the deck. Wrote the landing page copy, the email sequence, and the reminder emails. I even loaded the follow-up email straight into Kit by voice, using their new Claude connection.

All the hours it took me to learn how to do this by hand are now buying me something better. More chances to get in a room with people, live, and do the part I love.

The same thing happened with the vault.

If you are newer here: the vault is a free library of cheat sheets I built at terryrice.co/vault. Real systems for getting leads, following up, and staying visible.

Here is the upgrade I am most excited about. I loaded the entire vault into a NotebookLM so you can ask it questions. Tell it about your business in two sentences and it tells you which cheat sheets to run, in what order, for your situation. It went from a library you browse to a coach you can talk to.

Try the vault chat here

And this is the part I keep coming back to: I can teach anyone how to build this. The webinar funnel, the vault, the VSL, the chat on top of it. None of it required a team. It required a clear thesis and a Saturday.

Then I made something I did not think I could make alone.

A real video sales letter for the system I am about to tell you about. The kind of thing that used to cost five figures and a film crew. I built it in an afternoon, just me, no editor.

Watch it. Not just because it sells the offer, but because when we work together, you get one of these too.

▶ WATCH THE VSL Your Vault Build, Explained A video that sells while you sleep. Made in an afternoon, no crew. You get one too.

Here is why this matters more right now than it did a month ago.

Meta laid off around 8,000 people this week.

A lot of them will not walk into a new nine-to-five anytime soon, especially heading into summer. Which means a good number of them are about to become consultants and coaches.

I worked there. These people are sharp and driven. Building systems to make their own lives easier is basically what they did all day. They are going to set this up fast.

I am not saying that to scare you. I am saying the systems I am describing are shifting from a nice-to-have into a baseline. If you are not yet using AI to actually do things in your business, meaning one tool triggering an action in another, this is the moment to start.

You do not have to go all in today. You just have to get off zero.

So here is where I am at

Happy Memorial Day weekend. Talk soon.

Keep building,
Terry

P.S. The reason I am this grateful is simple. The work I used to dread is mostly handled now, which means I get to spend my time on the parts that light me up. Teaching live. Answering your questions. Vibe-coding at the gym between sets. If that is the kind of leverage you want, the 90-minute build is the fastest way I know to get there.

P.P.S. Do not just take my word for it.

"Terry has a brilliant mind for business strategy and systems. His builds saved me so much time and money. I've already recommended 3 people to him."

— Catrina M Craft, CPA

And one last thing. I am running more webinars going forward. What would you actually like to learn? Hit reply and tell me what you are trying to figure out right now. I read every response and will build future sessions around what comes up most.
